Offline grace period
Once activated, DigiTune GTS can operate without an internet connection for up to
90 days before it needs to re-validate your licence online.
Activating your licence
- Purchase a licence from digitune.co.uk. You will receive a licence key by email.
- Open DigiTune GTS. If no valid licence is detected, the activation dialog appears automatically.
- Enter your licence key and click Activate. DigiTune GTS connects to the licence server to validate.
- Once validated, the full feature set for your tier is unlocked immediately.
Re-entering a licence key
If you need to re-enter your licence key (for example, after reinstalling or moving to a new machine), the activation dialog can be accessed from the application's main menu or will appear automatically if the existing licence is no longer valid.
Transferring a licence
Licence transfers between machines are handled through the DigiTune customer portal at digitune.co.uk. If you need assistance, contact [email protected].
