Remote Tuning Terms and Conditions
- Increasing power output of an engine beyond factory levels carries an inherent risk. DigiTune Ltd takes no responsibility for damages occurring due to increased power output.
- DigiTune Ltd takes no responsibility for any engine or vehicle damage resulting from wear and tear, improper maintenance, faulty components or improper assembly.
- All vehicles tuned by DigiTune Ltd will be optimised for the fuel used at the time of tuning. Use of a lower quality fuel than used during tuning carries a high risk of engine failure.
- A remote tune covers tuning of a vehicle in good working mechanical and electrical condition, in the state it is presented in at the start of tuning. Increased tuning time due to mechanical faults, electrical faults or changes made to the vehicle during the tuning process will be charged for separately.
- DigiTune Ltd aims to complete all tunes in a timely manner. If the total time waiting for log data or vehicle changes/repair during the tuning process exceeds 28 days, the tune will be marked as complete. Any further work after this time will be charged separately.
- Tuning products are non refundable, and refunds will not be provided for cancellations for any reason during the tuning process.
Physical Product Terms and Conditions
- All in stock items will be despatched within 3 working days unless stated otherwise
- Standard returns: You may return unused, undamaged Products within 14 days for a refund. Items must be in original packaging.
Exclusions: Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty items: If your Product is faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product availability may change without notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, stock errors can occur. In these cases, we will contact the customer.
5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation
Your Order is an offer to buy; we are not obligated to accept it. A binding contract forms only when we dispatch your Products.
You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us promptly. After dispatch, please refer to our Returns Policy.
