Common questions
My licence won’t activate.
First-time activation needs an internet connection so GTS can validate against the DigiTune licence server. Check that your firewall isn’t blocking GTS.
Can I move my licence between machines?
Personal licences cover up to 3 ECUs/vehicles. Contact us if you need to move one to a different machine.
Does GTS need to be connected to the ECU?
No. GTS is offline log analysis — you tune from logs you’ve already recorded, not from a live data stream. This is what lets it average noise across whole sessions instead of nudging based on instantaneous readings.
What log formats does it accept?
GTS auto-detects ECU type from the log file. Native formats are supported for each ECU, plus generic CSV and xlsx.
